Nikita: Package for Gromov. Order number... well, it's a long number.
Narrator: The stock clerk Valentina Petrovna peered over her glasses as though he'd asked for the moon. She disappeared into the depths of the warehouse and returned with a parcel the size of a small wardrobe.
Nikita: That's... that's not a heating pad.
